Our Annual Day Out at New Road

Off we go again; we are pleased to be back at New Road this year for the visit of Kent Spitfires in the 50 overs Metro Bank One Day Cup:

Wednesday 7th August 2024

11.00am Start 

Worcestershire Rapids v Kent Spitfires

The package for this year will cost £55 for CRSSC members, £60 for non-members. It includes:

• Match Admission Ticket
• Access to the Chestnut Marquee
• 10.00am Bar opens
• Tea/Coffee & Bacon Baps on Arrival
• Two Course Lunch (Hot course + dessert),  
• Traditional Afternoon Tea (scones, jam & cream plus tea/coffee)
• Complimentary Scorecards
• Access to Pitch Side Seating Area

Play commences at 11.00 am. Lunch will be taken 2.15pm-ish (between the innings). Tea will be taken around 5pm. Close probably around 6.00pm -6.30 pm.  Parking is available as part of the package, but we will also hire a coach if there is enough interest. (There usually is).

If you and any of your friends would like to join us on our “Day Out” under the chestnut tree at New Road in August, then just let us know as soon as possible. We can arrange for groups of members who wish to sit together to share a table – please let us know when booking.
